This policy describes the limited information practices of USAIranian.com. The directory is public and read-only and is designed to work without asking visitors to create an account or provide personal information directly to the site.

This policy applies only to this website. It does not apply to election offices, candidate websites or other services linked from the directory. Those services have their own privacy practices and are responsible for them.
Information collected directly
The current site has no accounts, contact forms, comments, payments, uploads or public candidate-submission tools. It does not ask for a visitor’s name, email address, telephone number, home address, voter-registration information or precise location.
Hosting and security logs
The hosting, network or security provider may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page, date and time, and security-event information. The purpose is site delivery, reliability, abuse prevention and security. Actual retention and deletion periods depend on the provider and its configured service.
Local-area selections
A state or local-area selection only narrows the records shown on the page. The site does not use that selection to create a voter profile or determine your official district. A selection included in a page URL may appear in ordinary hosting logs when that URL is requested.
