These terms state the conditions for using USAIranian.com. The directory provides general public information only. If you do not accept these conditions, do not use the site.
Purpose of the directory
The site organizes public information about Republican candidates in the 2026 U.S. House and U.S. Senate elections. It is not an official election office, voter-registration service, personalized ballot service, campaign, party committee or fundraising platform.
Permitted use
You may browse and share links to public pages for lawful informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that impairs service, evade security controls, misrepresent the site or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Accuracy and updates
Election information can change. The site uses status labels and review dates to show what was confirmed when a record was published, but it does not guarantee that every record is complete, error-free, current or included on a voter’s final ballot. A record can become outdated after its stated review date.
Official information
Always confirm candidates, eligibility, deadlines, districts and voting instructions with your state or local election office and official sample ballot before acting. The site does not determine whether a person is registered, eligible to vote or entitled to vote in a particular race.
No endorsement or professional advice
Listing a candidate does not by itself endorse, rank or recommend that person. Site content is not legal advice, election-law advice or a personalized voting recommendation, and no professional or fiduciary relationship is created by use of the directory.

Links to government, candidate and other public websites are provided for reference. The directory does not control, adopt or guarantee their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not by itself imply endorsement or affiliation.
Site content
Public facts and linked source materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their original publishers. The directory’s original design, organization and written explanations are protected to the extent allowed by law. No trademark, logo or original site content may be used to falsely suggest sponsorship, authorization or affiliation.
